    I agree to become a co-maker of Jerry Valerio and I voluntarily signed this


    agreement regarding his cash advance not exceeding the amount of 10,000
    which he will pay in the amount 1,000 every Saturday (payroll).

    I also agree to voluntarily pay all his unpaid obligations in case hes resign


    from work and I am aware of the responsibilities which I will assume.
