AFFIDAVIT CUM UNDERTAKING

I, _______________________ s/o Late ______________________, r/o ___________________________, do

hereby solemnly affirm, undertake and declare as under:

1. That my Mother Late Smt. ________________along with me entered into an Agreement to Sell
dated _____________ for Flat No. ______ in the Residential Project “Unique Aura” (hereinafter
called as “the Flat”) with Shree Unique Lifestyle Homes Pvt. Ltd. (“the Seller”).
2. That she met an unfortunate demise on date ______________ (Death Certificate Enclosed) without
making her will.
3. That I ______________ and my brother Shri __________________ are the only lawful successors to
property of my mother. (Copy of Ration Card Enclosed).
4. That I hereby declare that I have supplied Indemnity cum Undertaking from my Brother
declaring that he is relinquishing all his rights over the said Flat.
5. That I requested the Seller to allot the Unit in my name owing to above mentioned situation such
that I become the sole owner of the Flat which was agreed by the Seller.
6. That I hereby declare that all I will abide by all the obligations in respect of the said allotment and
will make all the remaining payments and I request that the payments made by my mother in
past in respect of the said Flat must be considered as payments made by me only.
7. That I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally declare that none of my blood relatives will raise
any dispute or claim any ownership over the said Flat and if case any such case arises I will
indemnify the Seller for any kind of loss/inconvenience so caused to the Seller due to any such
claim over the said Flat.
