 That Eliset Pharmaceutical Inc. is our supplier of various pharmaceutical products

here in Southern Part of Cebu;

 That Eliset’s Salesman here who used to deal with us was John Paul Gango

 That on September 29, 2023, I received a verification from Eliset Pharmaceutical

Inc. via Messenger in the said conversation Eliset Pharmaceutical Inc. is verify
my accounts regarding the matter. Details of the said accounts and dates are as
