SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, A married to __________________________ (who is an American national), of

legal age, Filipino and resident of Davao City, by these presents do hereby name,
appoint and constitute B, likewise of legal age, married and resident of Davao City,
Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To apply for and transact the opening of a new account and/or auto-debit
account in the name of the Attorney-in-Fact, in relation to my housing loan
with mortgagee (ABC) Matina Branch, over my house and lot (hereinafter
referred to as “Subject Property) particularly described as follows:

2. To pay for my housing loan in accordance with the payment and/or debit
arrangement that my Attorney-in-Fact and the ABC Matina Branch may agree
upon;

3. I hereby expressly authorize my Attorney-in-Fact to obtain and/or sign a

Certification or any other document/s evidencing my outstanding housing loan
balance for the Subject Property with ABC Matina Branch;

4. I hereby expressly authorize my Attorney-in-Fact to obtain and/or claim the

owner’s duplicate copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 12345 and the Release
of Real Estate Mortgage from mortgagee ABC;

5. To sign, execute, claim and deliver any and all documents relative to the
authority given;

6. To delegate these authorities and appoint a substitute attorney-in-fact as he

deems necessary to effect all the powers granted herein; and

7. To do any other act necessary and incidental to carry out effectively any and all
of the purposes to which this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full powers
and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
