Qualified theft- The Judge gave him final notice to pay on

December 7, 2020; once he didn’t pay the judge will issue a
warrant of arrest with bail of 40,000.00

Qualified theft- Next hearing will be December 7, 2020 with

Marlon Pulido as witness, next witness are Jomar De Ocampo,
Bryan Valmadrid and Sarah Garcia

Qualified theft- Sir Rob already have talked to the PNP personnel
and agreed to sign a sworn statement against bart

Estafa Case- for drafting of complaint against bart (Marketing

Qualified theft- on going trial, Next hearing will be on December

4, 2020, the court will be giving a decision on the motion for
quash that the accused filed, the lawyer of the accused didn’t
deny that his client didn’t stole any money in court (Not Indirectly)

NLRC a resolution had been received, the case of jeffer illegal

dismissal is DISMISSED

Estafa- we will filling comment/reply for his counter affidavit-

(attachments that will be added Sworn statement of marty and
shema, denying the certificate of compensation, ID of Jeffer-
Eliset, Resignation letter- Roymed, Contract of Jeffer-Eliset,
Collection Receipt of Jeffer’s Clients)

Raymond Nacu
Non Compete- Case filled, waiting for the subpoena for the said
case

Estafa- started drafting the case

Timothy Makabali

Negligence- started to draft the case, and be checked by atty

Minette Mesina and Tricia Basa- signed a compromised

agreement between the company, will return next week, for the
signature of quit claims and waiver

Emerlyn Tinio- signed compromised agreement (negligence and

loan)

Estafa- Proper hearing will start on January 28, 2021, witnesses to

present are Sir Rob and Maam Gen

Qualified Theft- due to COVID he is unable to pay, but he said he

will pay once he had money

Qualified theft- due to COVID he is unable to pay, but he said he

will pay once he had money

Jefferey Santos- For Sending of Demand letter due to damages

that he occurred.
Ruben Sanchez- on November 23, 2020 he will pay the half of the
loan and enter to an agreement

Kerwin David- Last payment August 2020,

Jeffrey Dumas- for Sending of demand Letter due to negligence

***All Employees with loan to the company, when they resigned,

terminated we will be sending demand letter with expenses
incurred
