COMES NOW, Plaintiff, by and thru the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully avers:

That on _______________, a copy of the summons was served by the process server
of this Honorable Court to the defendant on his given address, but defendant is no longer
residing on her given address;

That considering that the whereabouts of the defendant is unknown and this case
affects
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this
Honorable Court that an extension of thirty days from April 4, 2022 or until May
4, 2022 within which to file said Additional Document (s) be granted in the
interest of justice and fairness.
