AFFIDAVIT

I, CRAIG ECLEO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of _______________,

after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the son of GWENDOLYN ECLEO-DURANO who filed the Petition for

Authorization To Sell the Real Property of the Petitioner and Her Minor Child Craig
Ecleo on October 17, 2008 which was docketed as Special Proceedings Case No. B-
3696;

2. The real property subject of the petition consisted of a house and lot located in
Laguna Belair with a market value of One million one hundred eighteen thousand
fifty pesos and seventy-four centavos (P1,118,050.74)

3. The petition was granted, a letter of guardianship and a cash bond in the amount of
Fifty-five thousand nine hundred two pesos and fifty-three centavos (P55,902.53)
was posted to guarantee the fulfillment of the obligation of the petitioner as a general
guardian;

4. Pursuant to the said authority to sell, my mother sold the property for One million
four hundred fifty thousand pesos (P1,450,000.00) to Spouses Rodolfo C. Guevarra
and Leonila Guevarra under a deed of absolute sale which duly approved by the
Honorable Court;

5. I acknowledged the receipt from my mother-petitioner of my share in the proceeds of

the sale which was Seven hundred twenty-five thousand pesos (P725,000.00);

6. I also acknowledged that my mother had fully accounted for the said amount and that
said amount was spent solely for my education and to buy valuable personal
properties such as jewelries and appliances.

7. I am releasing my mother from any and all obligations pertaining to the said
guardianship as I have already attained the age of majority;

8. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing under pain of
perjury, and in support of the motion to release the cash bond posted by my mother
on January 23, 2009.
