AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, JANE O. LAHOY, single, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Badian,

Cebu, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, that:

1. That on December 09, 2016, I executed an adverse claim involving a

parcel of land known as Lot No. 3453-A located at Lambug, Badian,
Cebu, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 102-2015005783
registered in the name of Rodora A. Rasmussen;

2. That I caused the annotation of the adverse claim on the original

record of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 102-2015005783 at the
Register of Deeds of Cebu Province;

3. That the adverse claim was annotated on the on the original record of
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 102-2015005783 under Entry No.
2016012156;

4. That the underlying reason of my adverse claim was that Sps. Rodora
and Soren Vest Rasmussen have not fully paid or settled their obligation
involving the subject property as per conditional sale agreement
executed between them and the deceased Elvisa Lahoy;

5. That I executed the said adverse claim because I am one of the heirs
of Elvisa Lahoy;

6. That eventually, the registered owner of Transfer Certificate of Title

No. 102-2015005783, Sps. Rodora and Soren Vest Rasmussen, had
amicably settled their obligation to us and they already tendered the
full amount of the purchase price on the subject property;

7. That I have no more other claims against Sps. Rodora and Soren Vest
Rasmussen involving the subject property;

8. at I am executing this affidavit purposely requesting the Register

of Deeds of Cebu Province to cause the cancellation of the above-
mentioned entries in the aforementioned Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 102-2015005783;
