AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE/BUYER

WE, SPOUSES JOY P. AMBOS and GLORINES C. AMBOS, both of legal

age, Filipinos, and residents of Lot 06, Milan-2 St., Monterosa Subdivision,
Manduarriao, Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we own a total aggregate landholding of Land Lot No. 2298-A, Psd-06-
068162, covered by TCT no. T-222699, with an area of FIVE HUNDRD (500)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, of the Two Thousand Two Hundred Five
(2,205) Square Meters, more or less LOCATED AT Barangay of Talanghawan,
Municipality of Cabatuan, Province of Iloilo, Philippines, that the retention portion
of above-described lot, that we acquired from, MARITES P. JALANDONI,
married to RANDY D. JALANDONI, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address
at 38, Laguda Extension, Magsaysay Village, Lapaz, Iloilo City, Philippines, as
per of Deed of Absolute Sale recorded under Doc. No. ____, Page No. ____,
Book No. ____, Series of 2020, of Notary Public Atty. Atina E. Lozada-Soden,
dated __________________________, is not more than five (5) hectares;

2. That the above subject portion of land is not worked by any tenant or agricultural
lessee;

3. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.
18, series of 1989, as well as to show proof that land subject of the above-
mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares.
