Iloilo City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That the land I sold to SPOUSES JOY P. AMBOS and GLORINES C. AMBOS,
which is registered under my name, specifically a portion of Lot No. 2298-A, Psd-06-
068162, located at Barangay of Talanghawan, Municipality of Cabatuan, Province of
Iloilo, Island of Panay, Philippines and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T- 222699 with an area of FIVE HUNDRD (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
of the Two Thousand Two Hundred Five (2,205) Square Meters by virtue of Deed of
Absolute Sale recorded under Doc. No. ____, Page No. ____, Book No. ____,
Series of 2020, of Notary Public Atty. ________________________ dated
__________________________;
2. That the above subject portion of land is not worked by any tenant or agricultural
lessee.;
3. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1,
series of 1989, as well as to show proof that land subject of the above-mentioned
transaction is a portion of my retention area.
