Re: NOTICE OF DISHONOR AND DEMAND FOR PAYMENT

SIR :

Our client, Spouses FRITZEL B. CANDIA and LILIBETH M. CANDIA, has referred to us for
legal consultation regarding the two (2) checks PenBank and RCBC Savings Bank, in the
total amount of TWO MILLION PESOS (P 2,000,000.00) with the following details;

August 21, 2018 RCBC # 703981 P 1,000,000.00

August 31, 2018 PENBANK # 2477811 P 1,000.000.00

Sad to note that both checks were DISHONORED by the respective DRAWEE BANKS for the
reason, DAIF and ACCOUNT CLOSED.

We were informed by our client that despite repeated demands, you stubbornly refused and
consistently failed to redeem the aforementioned two (2) checks from them to their great damage
and prejudice. In this connection, we are hereby formally demanding from you to redeem the
aforesaid checks from our client within FIVE (5) DAYS from receipt hereof, otherwise, much to
our regret, we will be constrained to file criminal and civil complaint against you before the proper
Court to protect and vindicate the interest of our client. Consequently, you will not only be paying
the said amount, but also damages, interest, and attorney’s fees as well.

Please give this matter your prompt and immediate attention to avoid legal inconveniences
