We are the parents of ARIES BLANCO;

We are hereby giving consent to the marriage of our son;

This consent is declared to the authorized Civil Registrar for their application for
marriage license as requirements for their marriage and to the Solemnizing Officer that
is in charge of this matter;

We are aware of the fact that our declaration of consent becomes irrevocable
once it has been received by the Civil Registrar and Solemnizing Officer.

My daughter is already staying under the care of my sister and my brother-in-law,

by whom she has been brought up;

I have duly noted that my sister, Mrs. Antonietta Schirmann nee Escalante, born
of 12 June 1971, and her husband, Mr. Bernd Schirmann, born on 4 th March 1962,

desirous to adopt my natural daughter, Patricia Escalante Deguiño;

My husband has died and I am solely responsible for the parental care and
custody of my child;

I hereby giving consent to the adoption of my child by my sister and my brother-

in-law;
