RE: MANNER OF PAYMENT OF POSTING CASHBOND

DURING SATURDAY DUTY

In observance of the OCA Circular No. 146-2021 under the areas alert 1 &
2 for Saturday duty. Considering that this Court is under pilot testing of Direct
Banking and Landbank Navotas City has No Business Transaction during
Saturdays.

The Office of the Clerk of Court is hereby DIRECTED to observe the

manner of payment under the OCA Circular No. 164-2020 dated October 7, 2020
of posting of Cash bond during the Saturday duty.
