AFFIDAVIT

I, ATTY. NARCISA H. GUEVARRA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married,

and a resident of No. 95 Desiderio St., Don Jose Heights Subd., after having been sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the lawyer of Justin Michael Pace and Eduardo Jose who engaged my
legal services last March 22, 2012. Attached is a copy of my Entry
Appearance for Mr. Jose filed with the Bureau of Immigration;
2. Mssrs. Pace and Jose are both detained in the Immigration Detention Center
in Bicutan, Taguig;
3. I need to confer with my clients relative to the immigration cases filed
against them, hence, my visit to the jail is necessary consistent with the
exercise of their right to counsel;
4. I executed this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and in
compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the Bureau relative to the
security of the detention center, its personnel and detainees.
