SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, FREDIE T. SORIANO, of legal age, widower, Filipino and resident of No. 088 Upper
Poblacion Tuba, Benguet do hereby CONSTITUTE, AUTHORIZE and APPOINT my son, XYROUZ
RAYE B. SORIANO, likewise of age, single, Filipino, and with same address as mine to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact for me and in my NAME, PLACE and STEAD, to do and perform the following
acts and doings to wit:

1. To transact with the Metro Bank to withdraw the remaining balance in the savings account of
my late wife, Maryjoyce B. Soriano and transfer the same to his saving accounts and his
younger sister, Zyradhine Dennielle B. Soriano, in equal division;

2. To submit the necessary documents or other papers as may be required for the purpose;

3. To represent, sign for, make, and execute any document which may be necessary for the
accomplishment of the purpose as herein provided;

4. To do other acts necessary and proper for the accomplishment of the foregoing as I might
lawfully do if personally present.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto me said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
