SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS:

I, GLECERIO VALLENTOS HINTAPAN SR., of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of Barangay Del Monte, New Corella, Davao del Norte, Philippines, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT FABIOLA DAYONDUN, of legal age,
Filipino, and a resident of Montesuerte, Carmen, Bohol, Philippines,
Philippines, to be my lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following special power, to wit:
1. To claim, request, obtain and/or receive, from any person and/or
entity, the proceeds from the sale of land, situated in Carmen Bohol,
due to GLECERIO VALLENTOS HINTAPAN SR.;
2. To execute, endorse, sign, claim and receive any and all papers and
documents pertaining to the above mentioned authority;
3. To perform all act necessary and requisite in carrying into effect the
authority above stated.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite
necessary or proper to be done and about the premises as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
persons, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents;
