, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ROSELYN L. RABANG or JAY MARK A.
DIMAANO as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact with full power and authority to do and
perform any of the following acts and deeds in connection with the Business Registration to
the City Government Office of Valenzuela City, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and/or
other pertinent government agencies, instruments and/ or affiliates, to wit;

1. To process and register a Business Name at the Securities and Exchange Commission
for the purpose of establishing business in the Philippines.
2. To process and secure business permit with the concerned Local Government Unit
who has jurisdiction of the business unit that will be put up and to process my
business registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and with other regulatory
agencies as necessary;
3. To sign, execute and deliver whatsoever agreements, instruments, papers, or
documents, and to perform such other acts and deeds as he may deem necessary and
desirable in furtherance, thereof;
4. To process, submit and receive documents relative and in connection thereto;
5. To do and perform any all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake the
execution and finalization of Business Registration.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact the full power
and authority to do and perform any and every act and the thing whatsoever requisite
necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes I
might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
