SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

2. To Process and facilitate payments for the renewal of my Business Permit;
3. To sign, execute and deliver whatsoever agreements, instruments, papers, or documents, and
to perform such other acts and deeds as he may deem necessary and desirable in furtherance
thereof;
4. To submit, receive, or obtain the relevant documents such as but not limited to Business
Permit, Clearances and similar documents to/from the appropriate government agencies to
effect the renewal of my Business Permit under my name;
5. To do and perform any all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake the execution
and finalization of Business Registration.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises as fully for all intents and purposes and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
