SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

legal age, Filipinos, and residents of __________________________________, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint ____________________________________________, likewise, of
legal age, Filipino and resident of above-mentioned to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for
us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers to wit:

1. To sell, and come to an agreement as to the /sale price and thereafter to sign for us
and in our names in the Deed of Sale and pertinent documents in relation for sale of a

2. To receive the consideration for sale of the aforementioned properties;

3. TO TRANSACT, PROCESS, REPRESENT US IN OUR BEHALF with the

BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE, REGISTRY OF DEEDS AND ASSESSORS
OFFICE AND OTHER CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES in connection
with the aforementioned properties;

4. TO PROCESS THE TITLING AND THE TRANSFER OF THE TITLE of the said
properties on our behalf with the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE,
REGISTRY OF DEEDS AND ASSESSORS OFFICE and/or RECEIVE ANY
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS including the issuance of new Certificate Authorizing
Registration (CAR) pertaining to the aforementioned properties;

5. TO make and sign, acknowledge, execute and deliver any instrument/document or

paper which may be needed or required in connection with aforementioned
properties;

6. To do whatever acts and deeds necessary to serve the purpose/s;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and conforming all that my said attorney-
in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
