SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

 For real Estate Mortgage: Original Transfer /Condominium Certificate of Title,
Mortgage Loan Agreement, and Cancellation of Mortgage (COM) under my/our
name/s;
 For Chattel Mortgage: Certificate of Registration with Official Receipt:
(OR/CR), Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage (PNCIM), and Cancellation of
Mortgage (COM) under my/our name/s and such other loan documents pertaining
to housing/Auto/AME Loan Accounts that the Bank may have;
3. To release the Bank and/or its stockholders, directors, officers, employees, and/or its
representatives from any and all liabilities and to undertake to indemnify BPI for any
liabilities and expenses which the Bank may incur in connection with the above-mentioned
transaction of my attorney-in fact with the Bank;
4. To sign, execute, accomplish and deliver any documents, papers, instruments, instructions,
forms, agreements, or contracts which the Bank may require in relation to the above-
enumerated authorities;
5. To do and perform all acts, deeds, matters and things necessary and proper to carry out the
above purposes;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and all acts as may be requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do as If I/we am/are
personally present.
