CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF TAX DECLARATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, MARCELINA DELOS SANTOS-LANGCAY, married, resident of Amparo,

Caloocan City, ISIDORA DELOS SANTOS-NIETO, married, resident of 24 Felizeville Subd.
Dalandanan, Valenzuela City, VALERIANA DELOS SANTOS-PAUSANOS, married resident of
_________________________________________________________________, all of legal
ages, Filipino, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state;

That, we have existing interest, claims and participations in and over the
parcel of agricultural land know and located at Bulos, El Pardo, Baljoon, Cebu,
containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (2,500) SQUARE
METERS, covered and registered under Tax Declaration No. 1212-03171, new
Tax Declaration Nos. 1212-03412, and ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
SEVEN (1307) SQUARE METERS, covered and registered under Tax
Declaration Nos. 1212-03172 new Tax Declaration Nos. 1212- 03411.

That however, relative to the aforesaid property, we now hereby

CANCELLED the aforesaid Tax Declaration for both abovedescribed property,
together with any and all concomitant rights, powers, and privileges we have
over the said property and be transferred back the ownership in favor of
EMILIANA GUMERA, the absolute and legitimate owner of the said agricultural
properties herein abovedescribed;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties have hereunto set their hands this 15th day of
April 2023 at the City of Caloocan.
