SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, CINJOE I. POLICARPIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of

Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan, do to hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
LOUIELYN V. NOGOY and/or ROSE O. DISCALZO, also both of legal age and a
resident of Sta. Cruz Manila, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in
our name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or
any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me before the BIR, Provincial Assessor and Provincial

Treasurer in connection with the processing and registration of my
business MYS TRADING OPC in my name situated at Bigte, Norzagaray,
Bulacan;

2. To pay any sum or amount requisite for the registration of the Business
Permit, taxes at the BIR; and the registration taxes at the Provincial
Treasurer;

3. To receive all necessary documents requisite for the registration of the

Business Permit such as BIR-COR and all other documents pertaining to
registration of business;

4. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be
requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
