CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT made and entered into this January 24, 2022 in Orani, Bataan by and between:

JEK Trading and Construction, a single proprietorship organized and existing under the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines with principal place of business at 260 Roman Superhighway, Imelda, Samal,
and Bataan. Represented in this act by its General Manager, Mr. Crisante Ilaya, duly authorized, and
hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR.

AND

Abucay Development Corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with
principal place of business at Abucay Bataan, represented in this act by Ms. Charmaine Lising duly authorized,
hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

Witnesseth:

WHEREAS, Mr. Crisante P. Ilaya owner of the one (1) unit Bulldozer DH7;

WHEREAS, Ms. Charmaine Lising wants to rent the said unit to be utilized for their project site at Abucay,
Bataan for more or less 30 days;

CONDITIONS FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

1. ALL RENTAL RATE IS VAT EXCLUSIVE

2. Rental Rate is THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (PhP 3,200.00) PESOS PER HOUR for Bulldozer
DH7
3. Mobilization and Demobilization rate is TWENTY THOUSAND (PhP 20,000.00) PESOS
4. The LESSEE shall pay Fifty Two Thousand (Php 52,000.00) Pesos for Mobilization and
Demobilization and Ten (10) hrs as ADVANCE PAYMENT
5. The LESSEE SHALL PROVIDE Engineer, labor, foreman and flagman that will assist the operator for
construction activity at site

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

1. CASH ONLY
2. WEEKLY BILLING

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereto set their hands this 24th day of January 2022.

and Bataan. Represented in this act by its General Manager, Mr. Crisante Ilaya, duly authorized, and
hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR.

AND

Asiawide Land Specialist Development Corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines with principal place of business at Roman Super Highway, Hermosa, Bataan,
represented in this act by Rexfil C. David duly authorized, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

Witnesseth:

WHEREAS, Mr. Crisante P. Ilaya owner of the following heavy equipment;

Two (2) units Excavator PC200 & EC210
Two (2) units Vibratory Compactor (10 tons)

WHEREAS, Mr. Rexfil C. David wants to rent the said unit to be utilized for their project site at
for more or less 15 days;

CONDITIONS FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

1. ALL RENTAL RATE IS VAT EXCLUSIVE and WET OPERATED

2. Rental Rate is TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (PhP 2,200.00) PESOS PER HOUR for Excavator and
TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (PhP 2,200.00) PESOS PER HOUR for Vibratory Compactor.
3. Mobilization and Demobilization rate is SIXTEEN THOUSAND (PhP 16,000.00) PESOS.
4. The LESSEE shall pay as ADVANCE PAYMENT.
5. The LESSEE shall pay FOUR (4) hours for the idle time.
6. The LESSOR shall provide operator for each unit.
7. The LESSEE SHALL PROVIDE Engineer, labor, foreman and flagman that will assist the operator for
construction activity at site.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

1. CASH OR CHECK PAYMENT

2. WEEKLY BILLING
