We write to convey our interest in the development of the above-named properties.

We also hereby confirm that the Facilitators/Agents’ fees, being Fourteen Million Naira (14,000,000) will
be paid as follows.

The sum of Seven Million Naira (7,000,000) will be deposited immediately JV is signed, and a postdated
cheque will be issued for the balance of Seven Million Naira (7,000,000) to be cashed on the specific date
given upon completion of the document in line with the development schedule agreed.
