approximately 617.969 Square meters.

Subsequent to the joint inspection of the site, we request that title documents and the
survey plan be made available to enable us to conduct a title search and undertake
our investment analysis.

Our proposed housing mix shall be a 4 Bedroom Detached Duplex and 4 Bedroom
Semi-Detached Duplex Respectively.

We have taken the step of preliminary design as well as profitability analysis which will
