confirmed your wish to assign us your Contractual rights to execute the SUPPLY AND
INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL WORKS on site (RUSINGA SCHOOL – NAIROBI) amounting to
Ksh 10,381,797.60 (Kenya Shillings Ten million, Three Hundred and Eighty One Thousand, Seven
Hundred and Ninety Seven Shillings And Sixty Cents).
