Dear Mr Gono

RE: Eviction Notice to Vacate Premises at number 160 Gilchrest, Marlborough, Harare

We do hereby give you 2 months’ notice to vacate the above premises by the 28th of February 2022.
We have given a tow months’ notice due to not having a signed lease agreement. During your 2
months’ stay you are required to be paying a monthly rental of $500USD (Five Hundred United States
Dollars) for your rentals.

The Landlord has also requested that you move your staff from the other side of the property by the
end of January as he would like to occupy the space by then. The left wing comprises of:
1. The lounge – used by the work on generators,
2. The bedroom – being used as Mr. Gono’s office,
3. The kitchen – being used as restroom by the security,
4. The ablution corridor – between the lounge and Mr. Gono’s office,
5 The new bedroom and,
6. The whole self-contained yard from Gilchrest to Lomagundi road as previously notified.

He has also requested that the rubbish at the back be packed in refuse collection bags and either
collected by the city council of Harare or disposed of elsewhere in order to promote order and a
sanitary environment. He has acknowledged that if this is done he shall not be calling the agents form
the Environmental Management Agency to handle the issue of the garbage at the back.

The Landlord has also informed us that the pit at the back shall be closed when he is now residing at
the premises in order to ensure that there are no plastics or other hazardous waste covered up in the
ground during the time of closure. We may require that we undertake a full inspection of the premises
with you on the 27th of February 2022. Please note that should you be found liable for any willfull or
neglectful damage to the property, we reserve the right to claim damages from you. In light of the
above, you are required to vacate the property on the 28 th of February 2022 and hand over the keys to
Righthaus.
