Important Reminders:

• No clothes or any materials shall be placed at balconies and hallways.

• No smoking in the unit and common areas of the building.
• Strictly no pets allowed in the building and in common areas.
• First come first serve for common parking.
• Loitering the building is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is strictly prohibited. Common garbage bin is located at the Parking Area of Building 1.
• Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool between 8:00am-10:00am and 2:00pm-4:00pm with a fee.
• condominium, each unit owners/tenants/guests shall respect the right of the other occupants and
allow them a quiet and uninterrupted enjoyment of the premises.
• Going to the building/s is not allowed after using the pool. Guest/s should change their wet swimming
wear first, to avoid slippery floors.
• The Management/Condominium Corporation reserves the right to refuse the forthcoming visitors should
there be any cause of complaints by other resident due to noncompliance of the above guidelines.

This is to certify that I have oriented my visitors on the existing House Rules and
Regulations of Pine Suites Tagaytay Condominium Corporation and that I am liable for
any damages to any other unit and common areas due to their fault or negligence, as
well as damages caused by and originating from my unit.
