This letter is regarding our existing contract with your good company. On 3rd May 2021, we
entered into a contract with your company ROBINSONS LAND CORPORATION to complete the
Cebu Integrated Resort project as your electrical contractor partner.

Moreover, some rumors are circulating inside the site, that Electric Pro will not able to finish
the project due to its incapability to finish. Electric Pro will always be true to its commitment
and integrity to finish in accordance with the contract specifications.

Furthermore, We in Electric Pro gives you the assurance on completing the obligation to
Robinsons Land Corporation in the Cebu Integrated Resort project. complete the work by the
deadline as specified in the contract, that is by December 2022. This is to certify that Electric
Pro will never abandon nor leave the site in reliable condition. Electric Pro OPC is committed to
its commitment to deliver the project at all cause regardless on any issues. Electric Pro OPC is
capable enough to finish the project without any delays specially with the support and guidance
of the management of Robinsons Land Corporation.
