RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Renewal of Contract of Lease, made and entered into this ____ day of ____ 2021 at Manila
City, Philippines, by and between:

DEEPAK D. SAHIJWANI married of legal age with residence address at No.65 Magallanes
Ave. Magallanes Village Makati City , hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR”.

And

FAGOKHO CORPORATION , with address at 5484 Osmena Highway Cor. Tinio St, Brgy,
Bangkal Makati City. represented by its President , ERICKSON FARILLAS referred to as the
LESSEE

WITNESSETH: that

WHEREAS, a Contract of Lease was executed by the parties dated February11, 2020 and ratified
before Notary Public HENRY D. ADAZA as per Doc. No. 75 Page No. 14 Book No.1 Series of 2019,
wherein the LESSOR leases to the LESSEE the Leased Premises located at Ground and 2nd floor , Blk.
40 Lot 3, Rizal St. AFPOVAI Phase 3, Fort Bonifacio , Taguig .

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to renew the lease for another one-year (1) year period begin
on May 01, 2021 and ending onApril 30, 2022 with a monthly rate of Two Hundred Fifty Seven
Thousand and 62/100 (P257,000.62) only.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the LESSOR and the
LESSEE have agreed as they hereby agree, to renew the above mentioned Contract of Lease for another
one (1) year covering the period of May 01, 2021 and ending on April 30, 2022 under and shall form
part of the security deposit under the renewal of contract.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed these presents, on the date and place
first above-mentioned.

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to renew the lease for another one-year (1) year period begin
on February 01, 2021 and ending on January 31, 2022 with a 5% escalation with a monthly rate of
One Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Two Pesos and 50/00 (P134,662.50) only.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the LESSOR and the
LESSEE have agreed as they hereby agree, to renew the above mentioned Contract of Lease for another
one (1) year covering the period of February 01 2021 to January 31, 2022 under and shall form part of
the security deposit under the renewal of contract.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed these presents, on the date and place
first above-mentioned.
