1. AILEEN DANA REDFOX of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Green Meadows Phase 1 Blk 2 Lot 2 ,
Dafoddil St. Sto. Nino, Tugbok Davao City, Philippines do hereby name and coustitute and APPOINT,
LEODERICK IAN SOGUILON SELVIDO of legal age, Filipino married and a resident of #37 Camachili St. Brgy.
Dadiangas, General Santos City, Philippines, as my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact of me and in my name,
place and stead to do and perform the following acts and deals, with:

1. To sell, dispose or cater into mortgage my property covered w/ Condominium Certificate of Title No.

2. To make payments with ESDEVCO Realty Corporation, regarding the condominium unit for the above stated
property and upon full payment, receive the original condominium certificate of title CCT No. _____ together with
the release of the above stated mortgage.

3. To claim a receive from ESDEVCO, the owners duplicate copy of title of the property located at THE ENCLAVES
RESIDENCES Bldg D-202-2BR, Ecoland Davao City, and registered under CCT No.________

4. To endorse and/or encash bank draft, checks or any negotiable and to receive money arising from this
transaction.

5. To make sign, sign, execute and deliver any contracts, documents, agreement, receipts and other forms of
writing of whatsoever nature kind w/ all third persons, and/or entities upon terms and conditions acceptable to my
attorney-in-fact and;

6. To make representations and sign/execute any contracts w/ Davao Water District and Davao light and Power
Company regarding there connection of light water utilities.

7. To appoint any substitute attorney-in-fact to do so any and all sets and purposes herein contemplated w/ a force
and effect as if done by us.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and Authority to do perform any act
and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in about the premises, as fully to all intents and purpose
as I might of could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by the virtue of these presents;
