RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The Renewal of Contract of lease made and entered into this _____day of _________
2023 at Manila, Philippines, by and between:

DEEPAK SAHIJWANI, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and with residence at #65
Magallanes Ave. Magallanes Village, Makati City, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR.

ASIA PACIFIC TRANSLOG CONSTRUCTION with address at Unit 531 Cityland


Pasong Tamo Tower , Chino Roces Ave. Makati City represented by its General Manager ,
ALVIN C. CHUA JR. , hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE;

WITNESSETH that:

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to renew the lease for another one (1) year period
to begin on March 15, 2023 to March 14, 2024 in the monthly rental of FORTY EIGHT
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTEEN and 28/100 (Php48,818.28) only, inclusive of
12% Vat//Tax and Association dues .

New Rate: 37,960.83 w/5 % escalation


12% Vat 4,555.30
5% tax 1,898.04
Assn. Dues 8,200.20

NOW THEREFORE, for in consideration of the above premises, the LESSOR and the
LESSEE have agreed, as they hereby agree to renew the above mentioned Contract of Lease for
One (1) year covering the period March 15, 2023 to March 14, 2024

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed theses presents on the date
and place first above mentioned.
