PROMISSORY NOTE

In the event that _____________________________ (TRAINEE) fails or refuses to remain in

the employ of WESERV or any of its affiliates and subsidiaries for a period of Thirty Six
(36) calendar months, from January 3, 2022 to January 3, 2025, we hereby promise to pay
WESERV upon demand, jointly and solidarily, the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP1,000,000)
as liquidated damages, as well as all the costs and expenses incurred in the training.

In case of default or delay in the payment of this Note, interest and penalties on the principal
sum at the rate of two percent (2%) a month shall accrue from due date. It is hereby agreed
that the obligation or liability of the Makers under this Note shall be joint and solidary.

The Makers further agree that any legal action arising from this Note shall be instituted in the
proper court of Taguig City to the exclusion of other courts.

It is understood that this Promissory Note shall be automatically canceled by WESERV, and
the same shall be of no force, after the TRAINEE has made a complete and faithful
performance of all his obligations and served out the agreed term of employment with
WESERV.
