NOTE:

1. DELIVERY PERIOD WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS UPON ISSUANCE OF NOTICE TO PROCEED.

2. WARRANTY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MOS. FOR SUPPLIES & MATERIALS AND
ONE
(1) YEAR FOR EQUIPMENT FROM THE DATE OF ACCEPTANCE BY THE PROCURING ENTITY.
3. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF 120 CALENDAR DAYS.
4. SUBMIT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES FOR PHILGEPS, DTI, BIR AND MAYOR’S PERMIT.
5. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT ORIGINAL BROCHURES SHOWING ACTUAL PHOTOS AND OTHER

Inclusive of 12% Vat and less 5% W/Tax
ADVANCED RENT Php 287,258.40 representing one (1) Advanced Rent
Inclusive of 12% Vat and less 5% W/Tax
SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon signing of the Contract of Lease shall pay two (2)
Months Security Deposit.
OTHER TERMS • Security Deposit /Advanced Rent shall be paid in full
upon acceptance and signing of the Lease Proposal
• Upon Termination of Contract, any damage to
property /Unpaid Bills will be deducted from the Security
Deposit
• Balance will be return after ninety (90) days.
• All checks/payments shall be payable to “Welcome
Export Inc.”
• For Pre-Termination of Contract of Lease, 2 Mos.
Security Deposit will be forfeited and will pay one (1) rent
equivalent as “PENALTY”
UTILITIES Electric Consumption-Based on Sub-meter Reading
Water Consumption-Based on Sub-meter Reading
 GOVERNMENT PERMITS To secure by the Lessee and all expenses.
