MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This “Memorandum of Agreement” is entered into by and between:

ROSALYN P. ODEVER, ROBERT ODEVER, LORNA ODEVER, CARMELITA IGOT-IGOT,

RODORA O. DIANON, MARIA LEERAHFE O. PEÑA and DODEMIE ODEVER, are all Filipino Citizens, of
legal ages, and all resides in G. Cañete St., Poblacion Alcantara, Cebu 6033 Philippines, hereafter referred as the
“FIRST PARTY”
-AND-

DAYLENE REPOLLO RAVANES, and JOY KENNETH REPOLLO ONG, both Filipino Citizens, of
legal ages, both single, with a residence address at Toting St., Poblacion Alcantara, Cebu 6033 Philippines, hereafter
referred as the “SECOND PARTY”
WITNESSETH

That the “FIRST PARTY” are the ODEVER FAMILY who are partly registered owner of a parcel of a
land with the Lot No. 8370 (CAD-803-D) a portion of it sold to GABUTERO FAMILY containing an area of Five
Hundred Eight (508) Square meters covered by Tax Declaration No. 11370, in which recently sold to DAYLENE
REPOLLO RAVANES, and on November 17, 2020 Tuesday, JOY KENNETH REPOLLO ONG “SECOND
PARTY” conducted a “RE-SURVEY” of the aforementioned property in the presence of Engineer Samson Coloma
Bondoc, surprisingly the Engr. Bondoc come up with a final lot cut from Five Hundred Eight (508) Square meters
down to Four Hundred Six (406) Square meters, due to the claims of the “FIRST PARTY”

That the “SECOND PARTY” had no choice but to accept peacefully Engr. Bondoc’s final survey of the
said parcel of land, Four Hundred Six (406) Square meters.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises “BOTH PARTIES” hereby
agree and stipulate the following:

1) “FIRST PARTY” expressed their willingness to cooperate “WHATEVER PROPOSE

DEVELOPMENT” in the said property Four Hundred Six (406) Square meters, while waiting for the
completion of the “TRANSFER-OWNERSHIP” from Tax declaration to Title.

2) “FIRST PARTY” expressed their willingness to “SIGN THIS DOCUMENT” as proof of

executing this “Memorandum of Agreement” without any demand.

3) “FIRST PARTY” is willing to attend in case of any violation of this agreement, the venue of
all actions shall be in “Barangay Hall” in Municipality of Poblacion Alcantara, Cebu 6033 Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set our hand this _________________________, in Poblacion
Alcantara, Cebu 6033 Philippines.
