DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and executed by and between:

SPOUSES ALEX F. VERSOZA AND ROBEY P. VERSOZA, of legal age, Filipino,


with residence address at 382 Bonanza P3 Brgy Fortune Marikina City, hereinafter
referred to as the “SELLER”;

- AND -

SPS. LOTAR L. BIBAR AND JACKYLYN A. BIBAR, of legal age, married, Filipino,
with residence address at Lot 2 Block 7 Maligaya CMPD Pilar Vill Las Piñas City, hereinafter
referred to as the "BUYER";

WITNESSETH, That:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of a residential lot in Lot 17, Blk
9, Carrier St. Meritville Townhomes, Pulang Lupa Uno, Las Pinas City, covered by T Transfer Certificate
of Title No. T-95629 issued by the Registry of Deeds for Quezon City, more particularly described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell
the above mentioned house and lot property under the terms and conditions herein set
forth below;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the total sum One Million Pesos
(PHP1,000,000.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in full by the SELLER, the SELLER DO
HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the BUYER, her heirs, and
assigns, the above-described residential unit, free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever, including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
