    INSTRUCTION LETTER

    Upon arrival into Brunei Airport, please make sure your passport is attached with the printed copy of Brunei VOA before you are
    out from the Airport Immigration counter. Please make sure the officer in charge endorses in your passport (sample on Page 2)
    and NOT ENDORSE COMING IN AS TOURIST VISA.

    If YOU forget to stamp EMPLOYMENT WORK PASS into your passport, do go back to the counter and get this done BEFORE you
    step out and meet the driver at the ARRIVAL HALL.

    When you exit into Brunei Airport arrival hall (see photo), please wait for KTL driver (wearing KTL Logo shirt, grey in colour or
    holding KTL banner) around the information counter area (see photo). Should you fail to see anyone at the airport, please either
    give a call to drivers or you can contact KTL personnel as stated below for assistance.

    Please make sure to pass your PASSPORT to our driver and it will be pass on to KTL office for safe-keeping and to follow-up for all
    necessary extensions for BRUNEI SPECIAL PASS / BRUNEI VISA in order for you to work legally here in Brunei.

    Please take note that KTL Office will return your passport to your good self when you are to sign off and return home.

    Schedules as follows:
    13.10.2019 (Sun) - Touch down Brunei Airport and check-in Sentosa Hotel, KB.
    14-21.10.2019 (Wed-Mon) - Mahkota Maju Training (timing TBA)
    22.10.2019 (Tue) - Client briefing and MOH medical (timing TBA)
    23.10. 2019 (Wed) - KTL briefing and IMDG course (timing TBA)
    24.10.2019 (Thu) - Muara Port, sign on vessel (timing TBA)

    Gentle Reminder:

    • All valuables belonging such as Original Certificates, Seaman Book and etc. to be hand-carry during the whole traveling trip.
    • Please remember to bring along your BSP E-Kawal card.
    • Please remember to bring along your OLD passport (if you’ve renewed) and PASS BOTH (old &/ new) passports to driver.
    • Please prepare BND 20.00 for your single-entry stamp.

    • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner can be taken at dedicated restaurants which KTL personnel will show you the location of it.
    (Breakfast is already included by hotel, Lunch @ BND 6.00 and Dinner @ BND 7.00 either spend at Buccaneer Western or
    Buccaneer Thai Restaurant, KB; any amount exceeds the set amount will be at your own cost.)
    • Please find attached the new rules of BSP Baggage Weight and PPE for your perusal and to take note.
