3. If you are dissatisfied with any of the services/driver/guide, please notify the tour coordinator for immediate rectification.

Travel Tips :-
1. Activate the roaming facility of your mobile or buy a local SIM card upon arrival, for better coordination.
2. Please ensure to keep a copy of your Passport & Visa.
3. Do not leave your luggage/valuables unattended to avoid disappointments.
4. Kindly refrain from seeking assistance from strangers / Taxi drivers to avoid disappointments.
5. When coming by Coach from Singapore, once you finish Malaysia Immigration & Coach departs, (Pls call operations number & inform the
Coach No & arrival time at coach station so vehicle can be sent on time for pick up).
6. Hotels standard Check In Time 15:00hrs & Check Out Time 12:00hrs respectively. However some hotels may have 11:00hrs check out
time as well.
7. Hotels may collect a refundable deposit from guest in either cash or through credit / debit cards.

Terms & Conditions of Transport arrangements :-

1. Please call the tour coordinator if your pick if delayed more than 15 minutes. Private transfer does not mean that the vehicle is on
disposal basis.
2. Maximum waiting time for ARRIVAL pick up for any type (SIC/PVT) of transfer is 60 Minutes from the standard flight arrival time.
Thereafter, it will be considered as ‘’NO SHOW’’ and ‘’No REFUNDS / NO RESCHEDULING’’ will be provided.
3. Maximum waiting time for TOUR/DEPARTURE pick up for any type (SIC/PVT) of transfer is 15 Minutes from the stipulated time.
Thereafter, if will be considered as ‘’NO SHOW’’ And ‘’NO REFUNDS / NO RESCHEDULING’’ will be provided. Hence, please be punctual.
4. Itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
