PAYMENT POLICY

1. We have limited seats for this Group tour.

2. Only upon 50% advance payment, we can confirm your booking & block your flight seats.

3. Balance Payments should be made before 20 days of departure date.

4. We’re not responsible for any VISA rejection. It purely depends on the Thai Immigration dept.
5. Passport validity (Expiry date) should be minimum of 6 months (calculating from the date of return)

6. Damaged passports will not be accepted.

7. Early check-in or Late checkout are subject to availability of rooms at the time of check-in or check-out.

8. Additional charges may be applicable for Early check-in / Late check-out. Payable directly to the hotel.

9. Flight tickets and Hotel vouchers will be processed and handed over to you in 1 Business Day, after the final payment is paid.

10. International Hotel check-in time - 14.00 and Check out time is 12 Noon.

11. No refunds ( part or full ) will be provided for any un-utilised services.

12. All sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by a local Thai company.

13. We will not be responsible if a sightseeing spot is closed or restricted to very few visitors due to its routine shutdown for

maintenance, govt. orders, strike, curfew, natural calamity, etc. But, an alternate option will be arranged to compensate.

14. Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 50% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we

can process the booking.

15. Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of confirmation.
 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hotel rooms mentioned are on a twin sharing basis.

2. Transportation will be used as per itinerary.

3. This package cannot be combined with any other offer.

4. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks

and/or any factors beyond control will have to be borne by the client.

5. Before booking this tour package you are advised to check the Itinerary, Inclusions and Exclusions carefully.

6. By booking this holiday package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package’s

description.

7. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel policy.

8. You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors/ third

party vendors such as Hotels, Airlines, Destination Management Companies, Cruise, and Insurance etc.

9. The company shall in no circumstances, whatsoever, be liable to the client for: any death, personal injury, sickness, accident,

loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any misadventure however caused.

10. If the client has any complaint in respect of the services provided by any of the independent contractors, the client shall

immediately notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and copy thereof to the where the booking had been

made on his return. This will enable our company to take the matter with the independent contractor so that in future other

clients do not face any difficulty.

Booking policy for Child

1. 5-11 years child - 75% cost from the Adult cost ( With Extra Bed )

2. Below 5 years - 50% cost from the Adult cost ( without Extra Bed )

Info Regarding TCS & GST

1. TCS 5% applicable for all international booking its mandatory from 1st oct 2020.

2. It’s not an additional tax. It is a tax which is collected by the tour operator & will be credited to the client pan on a time to time

basis.

3. Clients can use this TCS on the time of filing of income tax return.

4. TCS 5% amount is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

5. TCS can’t be reversed.

6. GST is applicable as per the CGST act 2016, and amendment Thereof.
 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked.

2. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN-UTILISED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

1. Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 5000 per Head.

2. 25% of Total Package cost if canceled between 30 to 20 Days before Tour Departure

3. 50% of Total Package cost if canceled between 19 to 10 Days before Tour Departure

4. 75% of Total Package cost if canceled between 09 to 05 Days before Tour Departure

5. 100% Package cost if canceled between 04 to Same Day of departure & No show.

** Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

Cancellation For Want Of Balance Payment

The tour package booked by you, can be canceled for want of balance payment of the tour package, wherein after subsequent

request you have failed to deposit the balance payment In such a case we reserves the rights to cancel the tour package and

shall recover the balance amount, if any, from you after adjusting the advance received.
