I. General Information

1. Photo ID card: Passport is mandatory while you are on tour. .


2. Telephone Connection: In UAE Indian sim will not work out You can take any local connection
/you can use Wifi for what sup call ( no calls)OR use BOTIM App
3. All guests are requested to be punctual for flights, transfers, sightseeing, meals etc. Ensure
your reporting time at airports 3 hours prior to departure and assemble 10 minutes prior to
the scheduled time of departure at hotels every morning to avoid inconvenience to the tour
manager, local tour guides. Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted
to entry of vehicle and specific time is allotted. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
4. Please take extra care for your belongings and money safe at hotels and travelling vehicle. Do
not leave anything unattended at your hotel room and make sure all your baggage’s are
properly locked when you leave your room. You should keep all your valuables in locker at your
hotel rooms and keep cash in your safe custody. We will not be liable for any damages caused
by your negligence.
5. Tourist will carry their luggage in train, coaches & flight at own responsibility. Benny’s Royal
Tours not hold any responsibility for loss of luggage in buses, travelers, hotels and throughout
the tour. There will be no luggage handling facility throughout the tour.

6. Kindly collect a hotel visiting card to ensure your safe return to the hotel. We strongly suggest
you to be with the group at all the times, if you are moving away from the group for any
reasons please inform the Tour Manager. If happens so, please find the next point / destination
to join the group. Please keep the mobile / telephone number of the Tour Manager.

7. Early check in or check out of Rooms is 3 pm and 11 am.

8. There are no refunds for any unutilized services, i.e. meals, sightseeing's, entrance tickets etc.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury,
accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour
arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or
changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine
and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the
passengers).

9. With regard to smoking and consuming liquor, all the guests are requested to follow the
discipline and the rules and regulations of each hotel. The guests are not allowed the
consumption of alcohol in coaches and public places. Please note anyone violate the law
should face the consequences at their own risk.

10. The Management reserves the right to make changes en-route or omit any place to visit, if it
becomes necessary.

11. Flight’s timings are bound to change as per the Airline notifications and additional expense due
to the delay of flight such as accommodation, transport, food etc. to be borne by the tourists.

We should keep our Coaches and hotels room neat and clean and any damage caused to the hotel
rooms or traveler or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Benny’s Royal Tours will
not be held responsible for the same.

12 . As a group tour meant and based for a whole group of people including families and children;
therefore, we look forward for total cooperation and understanding from all Guests.

II. Other Information: -

Climate and clothing: -

 Umbrella and comfortable clothing are needed.


 Comfortable shoes, are recommended.
 Men are not allowed to wear shorts. Women need to wear a long sleeved shirt and long
pants or a long, loose fitting skirt. Shoes will be removed before entering the mosque. Women
will be asked to wear a traditional robe (abaya) and a headscarf (shayla) before entering the
mosque.
Baggage: -

 The baggage allowed is 30 kg (2 Piece) + 10 kg to carry in hand.


 Liquids, creams, paste, iron equipment etc. are not allowed in the hand baggage.
 Do not carry powder bank, electronic items in check in baggage
 You can carry your documents, a set of clothes in your hand baggage.

Food: -

 We provide breakfast in hotel, lunch and dinner restaurants in all places.


 Diabetic persons are advised to bring/buy safe sugar free snacks and beverages.
 Drinks and Snacks are not allowed in the coaches.
 Please do not carry fruits, vegetables or meat items.
 The company provides delicious Veg. and Non Veg. food in tours (Except in train, flight).Food
during the train/flight journey does not include in the Tour cost.
Medical: -

 Your routine medicines for personal ailments should be carried with you.
 A first aid kit is also essential for your use.

III. Important Information

.
 The management reserves the right to make changes en route or omit any place to visit, if it
becomes necessary.
 Point to monuments/hotels & other places where the tourist buses cannot go due to the traffic
regulations/ conditions are to be borne by the tourists.
Tour Cost excludes: Metro Rail, Any entrance ticket that is not mentioned in the itinerary, Tips, Laundry,
telephone charges, Bar & restaurant bills etc.

 Additional expenses such as – accommodation, transportation, food etc. due to the delay of
train/flight to be borne by the tourists.
 The itinerary can change or cancel without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our
control such as Flight delay or cancellations, Political unrest, Natural calamities and changes made
in the Itinerary by the Government Authorities etc. In such conditions the actual cost of
cancellation should be borne by the tourists.
 Tourist will carry their luggage in train, buses & flight at own risk and responsibility; Management
does not hold any responsibility for loss of luggage in buses, hotels and throughout the tour.
