 Package for minimum 20 People.
 Quoted prices are net. If applicable, other vat and/or taxes will be charged
extra.
 Official work order is mandatory to book this package. After receiving the work
order, no cancellation (group or individuals) will be accepted. Please mention
the exact group size in the work order.
 After submitting the work order, if any member cancels their trip, the group
must pay the full quoted price for the cancelled members.
 Air Confidence cannot be held liable for any
delay/pending/revoked/cancelled/refused visa as we have no influence in the
outcome of a visa application. In such cases, if any member has to cancel the
tour, the group has to pay the full accommodation charge for that member.
 Air Confidence cannot be held liable for any delay/cancelled flight & any
problem caused by it.
 Air tickets are non-refundable and non-date changeable.
 Travel date depends on the availability of air ticket & hotel accommodation.
 Hotel check-in time is at 02:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 pm.
 Room type (twin, double or triple share) depends on the availability at the
hotel.
 Group should travel together inbound & outbound.
 The package is valid for booking till 25th June 2023.
 The tour must be completed by 30th July 2023.
