Steps For Naturalized Citizens (those who immigrated and became actual American

Citizens)

1. Fill out the “MEMORANDUM OF LAW WITH POINTS AND AUTHORITIES

AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH AND ASSERTORY OATH, REPUDIATION AND REVOCATION
OF USA INC., CITIZENSHIP
2. Go to the Post Office and get a registered red label. Type the numbers on the label
in the appropriate places within the affidavit. Take a picture of the red label, then
import into your computer and add it to your document.

3. Print 5 copies of the completed affidavit to be notarized and Autograph your name in
Red ink, stamping your right thumbprint so that it just touches the last letter in your last
name. OR You can print 1 copy, get it notarized and then make 4 color photo copies of
the notarized affidavit. If you go this route, you will need to stamp these colored photo
copies with a blue colored stamp that looks like the stamp below. You can send this
photo into an online stamp maker and have them design it for you (have them omit the
written signature and written date. Stamp directly under the Registered Red Label that
you imported onto your document.

4. Mail out 3 copies, 1 registered mail to US SOS, certified US Attorney General,

certified State of Inhabitance Secretary of State.

Note: At the footer of the document on each page the ATAORRUSA is the Abreviation
of the Title of Document. Keep this in red along with the number from the registered
label.

5. Mail it off and wait 15 days from the date the US SOS received the affidavit. Wait for
green return receipt cards.

6. Fill out the Judment of Un-Rebutted Affidavit document.

7. Fill out the Certified Proof of Service attaching the returned green receipt cards at
the top of the card with tape so that the bottom of the card can be lifted up, in order to
see what is on the back, without coming off.
8. Order Birth Certificates as you will need this for reference for the Deed of
Reconvayence which is the next step. This DOR for the Naturalized Citizen is different
than for a natural citizen, so please use the correct version.

9. Fill out the Declaration of the Naturalization Act of July 1779. This is in place of the
Patent of Nativity that natural citizens fill out.

10. Fill out the Recording Cover Page and mail to Pima County

11. Complete and have notarized three affidavits (these do not get recorded):
a. Affidavit of Truth And Assertory Oath
b. Affidavit of Naturalization
c. Affidavit of Identity (Your Driver’s License)
12. Fill out the DS-11 and DS-64(if needed) according to the Copper Moonshine Stills
Instructions on our website.
13. Take your Recorded Freedom Bundle (steps 1-10) and the three affidavits (step 11)
along with your Passport application (step 12) AND your original Naturalization
Certificate as well as a color photocopy of the naturalization certificate and hand them
to the teller at the passport agency. Be sure to check the passport steps and the
