KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed in Lopez, Quezon by

and between:

FLORENCIA RAQUEL R. SIAGA, Filipino, single, of legal age, and

with residence and postal address at Brgy. Talolong Lopez,
Quezon, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

(Name of Buyer), Filipino, of legal age, and with residence and

postal address at (Address), hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER;

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the lawful owner of a particular

properties located at Brgy. Buenavista, Municipality of Lopez,
Province of Quezon, particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4282 of the subd. Plan Psd-04-
027159, a portion of land only of Psc-l, Lopez Cadastre,
L.R.C. Record No.), situated in the Brgy. of Buenavista,
Municipality of Lopez, Province of Quezon.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Pesos:

(PHP ), payment of which has been acknowledged and
received by the SELLER. The SELLER, hereby sells, cedes,
transfers and conveys unto the BUYER, their heirs, assigns and
successors in interest, the above-described portion of lands.
