DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made, executed, and entered into by


and between:

THOMAS RAQUENO YBAY, Amrican, of legal age, married, and a resident


of Muzon 1, Rosario, Cavite, and TRINIDAD HERNANDEZ YBAY, Filipino,
of legal age, married, and with address at Muzon 1, Rosario, Cavite,
hereinafter referred to as the SELLERS;

AND

_____________________, of legal age, Filipino,


(single/married/widow/widower), and a resident of ______________________,
hereinafter referred to as the BUYER;

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the SELLERS are the registered and beneficial owners


certain properties, more particularly described as follows:

a. Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-303959 issued by the Register


of Deeds of the Province of Cavite on 28 February 1991 in the name
of Sps. Thomas R. Ybay Jr. and Trinidad Hernandez Ybay, more
particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 1154-B of the subd. Plan Pls-1066-D. being a


portion of Lot 1154, San Francisco de Malabon Estate, C.L.R.O. Rec.
No. 4270) situated in the Poblacion Mun. of Rosario, Prov. Of Cavite,
Is. Of Luzon, Bounded on the Northeast by Lot No. 1154-A of the subd.
Plan (Natividad C. Fontanilla); on the Southeast by Provincial Road;
on the Southwest, by property of Pedro Medina (Lot No. 1155, SWO-
10153); and on the Northwest, by Creek and No. name and property
of Isidora Sales (Lot No. 1149-B, Pls-1068-D), Beginning at a pt
marked “1” on the plan, being N. 50 deg. 02’E., 255.08 m. more or less.

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to purchase and the SELLERS have
agreed to sell the above mentioned properties for the amount of

NOW THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the SELLERS to their full and

thereon, free from all liens and/or encumbrances whatsoever.
