DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DELIA S. AVEROS, of legal age, Filipino with residence at Brgy. Hulo,

Mandaluyong, City hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION
of the sum of Pesos: TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (Php240,000.00) Pesos only,
Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and paid by LYDIA S. RUSTIA.,
of legal age, Filipino and resident of Barangay Canda Ibaba , Lopez, Quezon hereinafter referred
to as the BUYER, DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE
SALE unto the said BUYER, their heirs and assigns a portion only Two Hundred Square
meters (200sqm.) more or less to “A parcel of land (Lot No. 3116 of the Cadastral Survey of
Lopez) with the improvements thereon, situated in the Municipality of Lopez. Bounded on the
NE by Lots Nos. 3115, 3125, 3117 and 3122; on the SE by Lot No. 3117 and a road; and on the
SW by Lot No. 3118. x x x containing an area of Thirty Thousand and Ninety-One square
meters (30,091sqm.), more or less”, with all the structures and improvements constructed
thereon, and more particularly described as Original Certificate of Title No: 25277:
