That we, the heirs of the late PABLA S. ALIVIO, namely; CARMEN A.
DIANO, JOSE RIXHALD S. ALIVIO, JESUS S. ALIVIO, MARIA GENE A.
WAGAS, ROSENDO S. ALIVIO, and ANGELES S. ALIVIO, (deceased) to be
represented by JERAMIE A. ALIVIO, all of legal ages, Filipinos, and resident at
Garing, Consolacion, Cebu, Philippines, do hereby NAME APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE BIBIANA S. ALIVIO, co-heir and likewise, Filipino, of legal age and a
resident of the above address to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name place and stead to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To sign the Original Subdivision Plan of Lot No. 5150-A, located at Barangay
Garing, Consolacion, Cebu;
2. To follow up all matters necessary for the approval of the said subdivision
plan;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to

execute and perform every act and whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or
could do if personally present, with all power of substitution and revocation and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney, her
substitute shall lawfully da or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
