SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOSIE DEL ROSARIO, single, of legal age, Filipino, and Brgy.

Murtha, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, herein to referred as GRANTOR, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT, MARK VINCENT D. SAMSON,
single, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Magbay, San Jose,
Occidental Mindoro, and/or RODRIGO SALINAS BALDONADO, JR.,
married, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. 5, San Jose, Occidental
Mindoro, to be my true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact, for us and in our
NAMES, PLACES, and STEADS, to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:

1. Act as legal guardian of my child, ROBIN BENEDICT DEL

ROSARIO BALDONADO, to accomplish and all acts necessary to enroll,
register, and take care of any and all matters pertaining to matriculation
and attendance, and to execute all necessary documents, instruments or
papers and perform all acts necessary to accomplish the foregoing; and

2. Authorize any and all medical, dental, and hospital care and
treatment, including major surgery, deemed necessary by a duly
authorized and licensed doctor for health and well-being of my child herein
named. In caring for and maintaining said child, my attorneys-in-fact are
authorized to perform those parental functions and make those decisions
as would I, the legal parent and guardian if I were present, and to execute
all necessary document, instruments, or papers and all acts necessary to
accomplish the foregoing.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorneys-in-Fact full

authority to do or perform every act and thing requisite or necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if personally present and ratifying and confirming all
that my said Attorneys-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of this presents.
