WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of San Jose will occupy the
tennis court at Brgy. 7, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro managed by San Jose
Mindoro Tennis Club.

WHEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the

San Jose Mindoro Tennis Club will transfer their tennis court at the Dona
Consuelo Subdivision, Brgy. Pag-Asa, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER VINCENT THOMAS TUASON will represent the

San Jose Mindoro Tennis Club for all its meeting regarding to this matter.
