SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, REYNITO C. FIGUEROA, of legal age, American citizen, divorcee, with
residence at C. Abueg St., Sapa I, Rosario, Cavite, do hereby APPOINT my siblings,
ROSALINA F. ESTACIO or ADELINA F. URCIA or LEONOR F. COMPUESTO, all of
legal age, Canadian citizen and all presently residing at Ontario, Canada, as my true
and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following
acts:
1. To sell, assign, negotiate, transfer and deliver or cause to be sold,
negotiated, assigned, transferred and delivered, the properties
which I inherited from the estate of my deceased father Benjamin
Figueroa located at Wawa, Rosario, Cavite, Philippines, particular ly
covered by TCT No. T-197930 and TCT No. T-93549 of the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of Cavite;
2. To enter into, sign and execute the corresponding deed of
conveyance or sale and all other deeds and documents required in
connection with the sale or other disposition of the said
properties;
3. To perform any and all acts necessary, proper or convenient in the
premises to implement, effect and complete the disposition of the
said properties.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to

execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power to sell the
foregoing properties, as though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY
APPROVING ALL that she/they may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution
of his person and revocation of this instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I HAVE HEREUNTO SET MY HAND THIS 29th day of
January 2014, at Rosario, Cavite.

Passport No. 460139012 valid until June 8, 2019, known to be the same person who

and voluntary act and deed.
This instrument refers to a Special Power of Attorney consisting of two (2) pages
including the page on which this acknowledgment is written and has been signed by the abovenamed person and the witnesses.
