EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH DEED OF PARTITION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, the heirs and the widow of FERNANDO MORALDE, namely:
NORMA MORALDE, widow, MERLITA M. NAVARRO, widow, DIOLANDE
MORALDE, married, MARIVIC MORALDE, single, LILIAN MORALDE, single, all
of legal ages, Filipino, residents of Barangay Maharuhay, Medellin, Cebu;

WITNESSED:

The late FERNANDO MORALDE died intestate and without a last will, at
Brgy. Maharuhay, Medellin, Cebu;

He died without known debts or other obligation whatsoever, and she died
without a Last Will and Testament;

“That at the time of the death of our predecessor, he left a parcel of

land known as Lot No. 2107-PART, CAD 374-D, situated in Brgy.
Maharuhay, Medellin, Cebu. Bounded on the North, by Lot 2107-part, on
the East, by Lot 2105, on the South, by Lot 2107-part, on the West, by
B.B.M.-Barangay Kawit, containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE (3,683) square meters.”

WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the parties hereto to divide, partition

and adjudicate among themselves the parcel of land described above
extrajudicially in the form and manner hereinafter set forth;

“Lot No. 2107-A, bounded on the Nort, by Lot 2107-G, on the East, by Lot
2107-H, on the South, by Lot 2107-B, on the West, by Lot 2296, containing an
area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (618) square meters;

Lot No. 2107-B, bounded on the North, by Lot 2107-A, on the East, by Lot
2107-H, on the South, by Lot 2107-F, on the West, by Lot 2296, containing an
area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (618) square meters;

Lot No. 2107-C, bounded on the North, by Lot 2107-G, on the East, by Lot
2107-D, on the South, by Lot 2107-F, on the West, by Lot 2107-H, containing an
area of SIX HUNDRED ONE (601) square meters;
 Lot No. 2107-D, bounded on the North, by Lot 2107-G, on the East, by Lot
2107-C, on the South, by Lot 2107-F, on the West, by Lot 2107-C, containing an
area of SIX HUNDRED ONE (601) square meters;

Lot No. 2107-E, bounded on the North, by Lot 2107-G, on the East, by Lot
2105, on the South, by Lot 2107-F, on the West, by Lot 2107-D, containing an
area of SIX HUNDRED ONE (601) square meters;

Lot No. 2107-F, bounded on the North, by Lots 2107-B, 2102-C, 2107-D,
2107-E and 2107-H, on the East, by Lot 2105, on the South, by Lot 2108, on the
West, by Lot 2296;

Lot No. 2107-G, bounded on the North, by Lots 2106, on the East, by Lot
2105, on the South, by Lot 2108, on the West, by Lot 2296;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premise and invoking

the provision of Sec. I, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto, do by
these presents agree to divide, partition the entire estate above described and
adjudicate as they do hereby adjudicate same among themselves in the manner
set forth;

MARIVIC MORALDE: Lot No. 2107-A, with an area of 618 square meters,

MERLITA M. NAVARRO: Lot No. 2107-B, with an area of 618 square meters,

DIOLANDE MORALDE: Lot No. 2107-C, with an area of 608 square meters,

LILIAN MORALDE: Lot No. 2107-D, with an area of 608 square meters,

NORMA MORALDE: Lot No. 2107-E, with an area of 608 square meters,

BARANGAY ROAD: Lot No. 2107-H, with an area of 145 square meters,

REMAINING PORTIONS; Lot No. 2107-F, and 2107-G.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this
